I had a stay at this hotel that had its ups and downs. The location is stunning, just a stone's throw from the Dead Sea, which made it a perfect spot to unwind and really enjoy the scenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities were decent. However, the rooms felt a bit outdated and the noise levels made it hard for me to get a good night's sleep. Overall, it’s got potential but could use some improvements.

Rooms

The rooms were clean but felt a bit old, with some outdated furniture. The walls weren't soundproof, so I could hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms, which was quite disruptive.

The staff were absolutely lovely, very professional, and always ready to help. They arranged for mud treatments and were consistently friendly during my stay.
Location
8.0
The location was breathtaking as it was right by the Dead Sea, but it was somewhat isolated with no nearby food shops, which might be inconvenient for some.
Dining

The dining was okay but didn't quite hit the mark for a five-star experience. There was a decent variety, but it got super busy around 9:30.
Facilities

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a nice view, making it a comfortable retreat. The staff were exceptionally friendly, providing excellent service throughout my visit. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired with the buffet not being up to par. The location, while nearby attractions, had some cleanliness issues, which was disappointing.

The hotel has a stunning location by the Dead Sea, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the views. However, my experience was marred by cleanliness issues in the rooms and an overall lack of service. On a positive note, the dining, thanks to chef Fawaz's dishes, was exceptional, but the high prices for drinks were disappointing.

The hotel had a lovely sea view and the upgrade made the stay more enjoyable. However, some aspects of the room could really use a refresh, and cleanliness was an issue with the shower curtain and towels. The service was nice overall, especially from the staff in guest relations, but there were moments that felt a bit off. The location was decent for visiting the Dead Sea, but the private beach could have been cleaner.

Rooms

The room was nice with a beautiful sea view, but it felt a bit old-fashioned and cleanliness was lacking with a filthy shower curtain and threadbare towels.
Service

Service was generally nice, with standout experiences from Waleed, Marnille, and Ammar. However, the attempt to take a copy of my credit card after payment felt unnecessary.
Location
6.0
The location was fine for visiting the Dead Sea, and it was a short walk to the beach, but the beach itself had sharp rocks and was littered with plastic, which was disappointing.
Dining

The location was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxation, making it a worthwhile visit for the price.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location near the Dead Sea was fantastic, but I encountered some issues with the room cleanliness, which was not what I expected from a five-star hotel. While the staff was friendly and eager to help, the dining experience was less than ideal, especially during busy times. Overall, it was a mixed bag, balancing between a beautiful setting and some disappointing services.

Rooms
5.0
I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The pillows and sheets didn’t seem fresh, which is a big letdown for a five-star hotel. Also, there was a mix-up with my room key, causing quite a bit of frustration.
Service
7.0
The staff was very friendly, especially Ali Keswani, who went above and beyond to help us. However, there were times when I felt the service could have been more organized.
Location

The hotel's location is great, right by the Dead Sea, but I was placed on the ground floor near a fence that blocked the mountain view. Nonetheless, the beach access was a nice perk.
Dining
5.0

Facilities
6.0
The hotel had beautiful facilities, but I didn't get to enjoy them as much due to the crowding at the pool area.
